Hideaway Motor Inn COVID -19 Response

As a valued guest, I wanted to update you personally on the evolving novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and the additional precautions we’re taking in response to this outbreak at Hideaway Motor Inn.

The health and safety of our guests and our team members is always our top priority.  We are closely monitoring and working with the latest advice from the Australian Government and
medical authorities, as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO), regarding preventative and precautionary measures.

Cleaning measures

Let me assure you that superior cleaning and hygiene practices have been instigated in all our guest motel rooms as well as communal and back-of-house areas. These practices include the
use of an antibacterial, antimicrobial cleaning product that reduces the risk of harmful viruses, moulds, fungus, algae and any other possible harmful pathogenic bacteria. Our cleaning practices pay special attention to high touch-point areas, such as door handles,
switches, counters, remotes, chairs and tables, etc. As well as this, we are aware linens may also become contaminated with the virus, so have been adding disinfectant when washing all bedding. Bed scarfs and decorative pillows have been removed rooms.
